The Board of Directors of Meghna Insurance Company Ltd in its 143th meeting unanimously appoints Mr. Mohammad Abu Bakar Siddique as Chief Executive Officer of the Company subject to approval from Insurance Development & Regulatory Authority. He has been working as Chief Executive Officer (Current Charge) of the company with effect from 9th January, 2020.
